Who sends Hiddle messages

Hiddle is a native-language voice companion and concierge designed primarily for older adults. An authenticated Hiddle user may choose one family member, friend, neighbor, caregiver, or other trusted person as their designated contact.

Messages are personal, non-marketing communications requested by the Hiddle user. They may include a personal update, a request to call or visit, a plan, or a request for everyday assistance. Hiddle does not send advertisements, automated monitoring reports, or private conversation summaries.

How recipients opt in

A recipient can opt in by initiating a keyword text or by completing a secure consent invitation. Hiddle does not send an invitation by SMS.

1. A Hiddle user asks someone they know and trust whether that person wants to receive occasional personal messages through Hiddle.
2. The recipient either personally texts START to +16263492078, or opens a secure link shared by the Hiddle user.
3. On the secure page, the recipient enters the invited mobile number, reviews the complete recurring-message disclosures, checks an unchecked agreement box, and selects “Agree & subscribe.” Opening the link alone does not provide consent.
4. Hiddle records the recipient's consent and sends a confirmation containing message frequency, rates, STOP, and HELP disclosures.
5. Hiddle blocks personal SMS delivery until the recipient has opted in.

Recipients may also use YES or UNSTOP to opt in. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

How messages are sent

After opt-in, every personal message is initiated by the Hiddle user. Hiddle reads or displays the message and requires the user to explicitly confirm the exact personal content before sending it. Production SMS messages identify Hiddle and include STOP and HELP instructions.

Frequency, charges, and cancellation

Message frequency varies according to individual user requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Hiddle records the opt-out and blocks further personal messages to that number. Reply START to opt in again.
