Using Hiddle
Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of Hiddle's voice concierge, memory, recording, and personal messaging features.
Effective July 27, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Hiddle governing your access to and use of the website and services available at hiddle.app (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms and at least 13 years old to use Hiddle. Access may be limited to accounts provisioned by an administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. The Service
Hiddle provides an AI-powered voice concierge with features that may include live conversation, transcription, audio recording, conversation history, personalized memory, and user-confirmed personal messaging. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued.
Hiddle uses artificial intelligence. Responses may be incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or inappropriate. Do not rely on Hiddle as a substitute for professional judgment or for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical advice. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.
4. Voice, recordings, and memory
By starting a voice session, you authorize Hiddle to process microphone audio and generate transcripts and responses. Audio recording is enabled by default and indicated in the interface. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of recording features complies with applicable consent and recording laws, including when another person may be audible.
If memory is enabled, Hiddle may store and infer information from your conversations to personalize later sessions. You should not provide information you do not want processed or stored. Memory controls and incognito mode operate as described in the Service, but no system is guaranteed to be error-free.
5. Personal SMS messaging
Hiddle may allow you to designate a contact and ask Hiddle to send that contact an SMS. The recipient must personally opt in either by texting START, YES, or UNSTOP to the Hiddle sending number, or by completing a secure consent invitation that you share with them. Opening an invitation alone is not consent. The recipient must enter the invited number, review the disclosures, check the agreement box, and select “Agree & subscribe” before Hiddle will deliver personal messages. You must:
- Ask only people you know and trust whether they want to opt in to personal messages through Hiddle.
- Provide an accurate number belonging to the intended recipient.
- Review and explicitly confirm the exact message before sending.
- Use messaging only for lawful, personal, non-marketing communications.
- Respect opt-out requests. Hiddle blocks personal SMS delivery after a recipient withdraws consent.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed, filtered, or rejected by Twilio or participating carriers. See the SMS Messaging Program for the complete opt-in flow and disclosures.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Hiddle to:
- Break the law or violate another person's rights.
- Harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, exploit, or harm another person.
- Send spam, unsolicited marketing, bulk messages, or messages to recipients who have not consented.
- Transmit malware, unlawful content, or content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass security or access controls of the Service or its providers.
- Use automated means to access Hiddle except through interfaces we expressly provide.
7. Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Hiddle and its service providers a limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and transform that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and carry out your instructions.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit and instructions you give, including personal information and contact details belonging to other people.
8. Third-party services
Hiddle relies on third-party infrastructure and services, including cloud, AI, memory, storage, and telecommunications providers. Their availability, policies, and performance may affect Hiddle. Third-party services may be governed by additional terms, and Hiddle is not responsible for third-party services beyond what applicable law requires.
9. Fees
Hiddle may introduce paid features or usage limits in the future. We will disclose applicable Hiddle fees before charging you. Your mobile carrier may separately charge for SMS, data, or other services.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Hiddle at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, abuse the Service, fail to pay applicable charges, or if continued operation is no longer practical. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that AI output, memories, recordings, messages, or delivery statuses will be accurate, complete, secure, or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hiddle and its operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from or related to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Hiddle in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hiddle and its operators from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights, including messaging or recording-consent violations.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms here and revise the effective date. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
